Welcome to the TriVita Inc. Affiliate Program. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participating in our affiliate program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
TriVita’s mission is to help people experience greater wellness through our quality products and services. The TriVita Affiliate Program (TAP) allows experienced e-commerce marketers and influencers to earn commissions from new customer acquisitions and reorders of those customers.
The TAP program and commissions for sales of TriVita products are applicable exclusively in the U.S.A.; however, approved Affiliate participants may reside outside of the U.S.A.
Article I
Acknowledgment
- Upon acceptance from TriVita, requirements for the TAP are as follows:
- Must be at least 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Must be of legal capacity to form a binding agreement.
- Adherence to the policies herein.
Article II
Affiliate Link
After acceptance by TriVita of your application, you will be provided a unique trivita.com affiliate link to promote TriVita products through your marketing efforts.
To earn commissions on purchases made from customers that came from your marketing efforts, you must use this link to track and earn commissions.
Any new customer who places a product order from your link will be automatically linked to you for 13 months without placing a second order. If the customer does not place a second order after the 13-month time period, the customer will be unlinked from your TAP account. Each purchase a customer places that is linked to you will start a new 13-month linkage period.
Article III
Promotion Limitations and Restrictions
You will not engage in any promotional activities on behalf of TriVita that are not permitted under these policies. The use of TriVita Trademarks and/or product names is PROHIBITED in any and all marketing.
The exception to this limitation is as follows: You may mention or use the trademark TriVita and TriVita.com. TriVita has a specific promotion or campaign and provides the marketing content to the Affiliate.
- When using any TriVita trademarked brand or product name, it must be published as a live link directed back to trivita.com. For example, the use of the brand name Noaplea would be a live link trivita.com/nopalea.
- Product testimonials from the website and product catalog are available for use in promotions but can’t be edited or altered. Any new product testimonial created or recorded must be approved by TriVita.
- Engaging in fraudulent activity, such as click fraud, cookie stuffing, or unauthorized promotional methods, is strictly prohibited.
- You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines regarding endorsements and testimonials.
- You must not engage in any form of spam, unsolicited commercial email, or any other deceptive or unethical marketing practices.
- Misrepresentation of TriVita’s products/services or making income claims is prohibited. Providing accurate information and avoiding false claims or misleading statements must be strictly followed.
- You may not use the TAP in a manner that violates any law, infringes or violates the rights of any third party, or otherwise act in a manner deemed harassing, harmful, hateful, or obscene.
- We may delay the issuance of commissions for investigation purposes. We may refuse to issue a commission if we determine in our sole discretion that you committed or participated in any fraudulent, suspicious, criminal, or dishonest activity in connection with the TAP or its policies. All of TriVita’s decisions are final and binding.
Article IV
Application
- TAP application is free. You must complete all information requirements on the application including how you will promote TAP.
- Applications shall be reviewed within 5 business days and you will receive an approval or a decline notification in through the email you submitted on your application.
- TAP applicants must show proof of marketing or influencer experience and explain how you plan to promote TriVita in the application document.
Article V
Commissions
Earn 50% commission on the sale of the first purchase of all new referred
customers.
Residual commissions are paid as follows:

| TIER #3 | 2% |
- First sale commissions are calculated once weekly and paid within 3 business days the following week.
- Residual commissions are calculated once per month and are paid within 10 business days of the following month.
- Commissions are calculated based on the gross dollar amount of the product sale, less taxes, shipping, and discounts.
- TriVita’s product line includes certain products with a higher cost of goods to manufacture and a reduced commission payout. A list of the products and the commission payouts are available in your affiliate business portal.
- Therapeutic products do not pay the 50% first sale commission.
- No commissions are paid on personal Affiliate product purchases.
- Commission sharing is prohibited. You are not permitted to use your own affiliate link to make purchases or create accounts for yourself, your relatives, or employees.
- Customer product returns will result in a commission deduction from the original sale. If a purchase is canceled, refunded, or returned, partially or in full, the commission on such purchases may be canceled and forfeited.
- All commissions are paid through PayPal in US dollars.
Article VI
Taxes
All taxes applicable to any benefits provided by TriVita under these policies will be your responsibility and TriVita shall not pay any amounts for federal, state or municipal income tax, withholding tax, social security, unemployment or worker’s compensation. Year end 1099 tax statements are provided for personal and business tax filings.
All foreign Affiliate accounts are responsible for reporting their own domestic taxes using the revenue reports from PayPal or the Affiliate business portal.
Article VII
Indemnification
WE WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY MATTER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RELATING TO THE CREATION, MAINTENANCE, OR OPERATION OF THE INFLUENCER PAGE AND INFLUENCER CONTENT. YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD US, OUR AFFILIATES AND EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND REPRESENTATIVES HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) RELATING TO ANY INFLUENCER CONTENT.
