Premier Membership Program Details

1. Premier Membership is free with no annual dues or fees. You can receive a free Premier Membership by setting up an account at or placing a product order.

2. Vita Points (VP) are calculated against the total dollar value of a product order less, discounts, taxes, and shipping.

3. VP expires after one year, and can’t be exchanged for money or transferred to other accounts.
