Oh yes, I have experienced the insidious and debilitating effects of chronic inflammation. The pain, the fatigue, the stress, and yes, just poor quality of life.
But I have also experienced an amazing transformation by changing how I nourished and nurtured my body and life. It has been truly an amazing wellness journey, and I wanted others to experience what I did, so I founded Trivita Wellness.
For over twenty-five years, I have prayed daily and believed that others would experience greater wellness. And I am so grateful that every day they are. They are defeating the effects of chronic inflammation, which is the number one health risk to humanity. And with all confidence, I know you can experience greater wellness, too.
