TriVita recently welcomed two valuable new staff members to Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs, Gene Henderson’s legal team – Director of Compliance, Phil Babb, and Director of Legal Affairs, Penny Higginbottom. As TriVita continues to grow internationally, it is critical to ensure that it complies with all policies and laws both domestically and abroad to enable the company to pursue its mission of bringing wellness to the world.
Babb was the featured guest speaker for Tuesday evening’s webinar: Web Advertising Policies and Procedures. Babb has over 10 years of experience in the compliance/regulatory industry and looks forward to assisting Affiliate Members in receiving effective training to remain in compliance and continue to grow their TriVita businesses.
“I give everyone the benefit of doubt when it comes to non-compliant issues and feel that I have the proper training and personality to help bring them back into compliance with all requirements in a friendly and helpful manner,” Babb said.
Attorney Penny Higginbottom earned her law degree from Arizona State University. Over the past decade, she has been practicing law and is enthusiastic about her new position as TriVita’s Director of Legal Affairs.
“I embrace and deeply believe in TriVita’s mission,” said Higginbottom, “and as such, passionately look forward to applying my experience and skills to ensure TriVita and its Affiliates can understand and follow policies and laws as we continue our international growth.”
