Yes, you can track your current order online using the My Account feature of TriVita.com.
Simply sign in and click on My Account. The My Account feature of the Website also
allows you to:
- View your order history
- Update your account information
- View your VitaPoint total
- Change your password
When will I receive my order?
This depends on the shipping method you selected at the time of purchase.
Standard
All customer orders received are audited for quality assurance and will be processed and shipped the following business day. Once shipped, you should expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days.
Expedited
All customer orders received are audited for quality assurance and will be processed and shipped the following business day. Once shipped, you should expect to receive your order within 2 business days.
Overnight
All customer orders received are audited for quality assurance and will be processed and shipped the following business day. Once shipped, you should expect to receive your order the next business day.
How can I change my shipping and/or billing address?
You can change your address online during the checkout process. If you recently
placed an order and wish to change the destination address, please call Member Services
at 1-877-850-2968.
Returns/Cancellations
Do you have a money back guarantee?
Yes, we have a 60 day money back guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with
your purchase, return the unused portion within 60 days of the purchase date and
you will receive a full refund less shipping or an equivalent exchange/account credit
– your preference.
How do I return my order?
Contact TriVita Member Services at 1-877-850-2968 or
memberservice@trivita.com to request a Return Authorization Number.
- Write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package(s).
- Write your Return Authorization Number on the original packing slip and include
it with your return. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include
a note that lists your name, customer ID number, return authorization number and
the reason for the return.
- Return the package(s) to the appropriate address below:

Please allow 10 business days for your package to be received by our returns department.
We will process your refund in the same form of payment used for the purchase within
48-72 hours of receiving your returned product. Incomplete returns may take longer
to process.
Processing time for refunds in the form of a check is approximately 30 days.
