A: Anyone who is a TriVita Member and is a legal
resident of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada. You are
a Member if you have ever purchased a product from TriVita at any time.
Q: How do I enter?
A: It’s simple. Just refer your favorite TriVita
products to others whom you think might benefit from them. Then, whenever each of
your referrals makes their first TriVita purchase and gives your Member ID number,
you get an entry into the sweepstakes. And remember, the more you refer, the more
chances there’ll be of folks buying TriVita products -- which in turn means more
entries for you, and more chances to win!

Q: How do I find my Member ID number?
A: You can find your Member ID number on the back
of TriVita catalogs mailed to you or from invoices in packages of products you receive.
Or you can call our Care Center staff at
1-800-991-7116. Be sure to write your Member ID number down. And, so it’s always handy,
keep it with you in your wallet or purse during this sweepstakes period.
Q: How many entries can I earn?
A: There is no limit on the number of entries you
can earn. So, the more entries you have, the more chances you have for winning many
prizes.
Q: How do I refer TriVita products?
A: It’s easy. You can think of your favorite TriVita
products and how they helped you. Then you can think of other folks who might also
benefit from these products. Other folks can be family, friends, neighbors, people
from work, or church, or clubs, or the PTA, or whomever you know from anywhere,
like from your bank, or cleaners or grocery store, even.

be delivered to your home address unless otherwise agreed upon by you and the sweepstakes
