"I started Leanology because I was about 25 pounds over my ideal body weight. I couldn't wear the clothes that I wanted to wear, which was becoming discouraging. I'm 45 years old, and I've also noticed a slow down in my metabolism. So far I've lost 15 pounds in about three months. I take two of the weight loss capsules in the morning and two at night. I drink the shake for lunch. I like the fact that I can get through afternoon on the shake-it keeps me full for three hours. It also helped me from overeating at dinner and to control my portion sizes. I like how there's no crash and burn sensation like you'd get from other shakes. My favorite flavor is mixed berry.
I've always been a walker and try to go 30 minutes a day, three to four times a week. But since I started Leanology, I've noticed that I actually crave more fruits and vegetables, especially for snacks. It also made me want to drink more water.
When I first started off, I didn't really see anything, any change, but I kept at the program and it just kicked in. Seeing my body change, noticing a difference in my shape, really kept me motivated. My advice to others is: follow the program, but make it work for you, in your schedule. Drink the shakes when you need them. Also, eat healthy snacks and drink lots of water!

“I did it! I’ve now lost a total of 27 pounds and I’m back to my college weight. However, I’m still continuing with the program. Now that I’m at my target goal, I’m at the maintenance stage, so now I’m just using the shakes.
