Leadership and Dedication to the Mission is a Recipe for Success

TriVita has advanced a record-breaking three new presidential directors in only one month. This is an amazing accomplishment considering it had previously taken 11 years to advance five Affiliates to Presidential Director status. Now, TriVita has had six Affiliates advance in the past four months. Advancement up the career path has been amplified in recent months thanks to Nopalea, media success, the Nopalea Wellness Challenge and a Share and Earn focus.

We are pleased to recognize our newest presidential directors:

Michael and Carisa Riedmiller
“We always tell our team that one phone call is better than sending
100 emails.”

The Riedmillers got serious about building their TriVita business in the summer of 2007 and went from one-star Affiliate Members to Presidential Directors in only 34 months.

The Riedmillers took advantage of the helpful tools TriVita provided along the way. They have always used the Gift of Health to grow their business, especially with Nopalea. “The Secret Killer Health Alert and the video emails have been great enhancements” that they use frequently.

The Riedmillers strongly believe in personal contact and follow-up. “People want somebody to listen to them and answer their questions, and they want to know that you really care about their health.” They rely on sound business principles that many times can be overlooked. “We always tell our team that one phone call is better than sending 100 emails.”

The Riedmillers have gotten great leadership and support from their sponsors and Presidential Directors, Cody and Marty Ramsey. They also received generous support from Presidential Directors Bryan and Tammi Wirth. “Our International Sales Director, Terry Newsome, and the entire TriVita staff have been outstanding, including Lenore and Ted.”

“Achieving Presidential Director is really a team award which would not have happened without the people who are part of our organization.” They credit their success to support from the star Directors in their group including: Fred and Paula Gondzar, Kathy Smith, Denise Wilson and Goddie Ude, along with the many Directors on their team. “We really value everyone's friendship. Thank you to everyone!”

The Riedmillers have connected with TriVita’s mission. “We love the fact that TriVita is a mission-based company based on health and wellness first.” They are excited at the opportunities for international expansion and they look forward to “bringing better health and wellness to the world.”

“We want to give a special thanks to the entire Ellison family for founding TriVita and for their commitment to better health and wellness and for all they do to ensure our success and the success of the company. None of us would have this special opportunity without their vision, leadership and dedication.”

Kare and Charles Possick
“… while you are building a TriVita business, you are helping thousands of people find the pathway toward wellness.”

The Possicks began as Affiliate Members with TriVita in 2001. They feel that sharing Nopalea and other TriVita products not only helped to grow their business, but gives them true joy “because of all the stories you get to hear… how the products have changed so many lives for the better.”

The Possicks credit a number of people with helping them along the way to build their business and provide encouragement, including: Blaine Oelkers, Mitch Lover, and “especially the members of the corporate team – Michael Ellison for his vision in creating with Brazos Minshew the exceptional, life-changing Nopalea and then, of course, Terry Newsome for his daily encouragement and insights.”

“Building a TriVita business is truly working at “righteous living” because while you are building a business, you are helping many thousands of people find the pathway toward wellness.”

Richard and Leona Ellison
“TriVita has proved to be the most beneficial endeavor for us physically and financially of anything we have ever done.”

As the father of TriVita’s CEO and Founder, Michael Ellison, Richard’s commitment to spreading wealth and wellness comes naturally.

Richard and Leona began with TriVita from the very beginning – experiencing the launch of TriVita. “The mission and the heart of compassion for people was what attracted us to the company.”

“With no product or tools of the trade, TriVita was launched! The only visible tools we had were a yellow legal pad and a pen… oh yes, a phone!”

The Ellisons wrote down the name of every friend and family member they believed fit the mission, and then “Leona and I went to work.”

“We had lots of other things going on in our lives, but TriVita has proved to be the most beneficial endeavor for us physically and financially of anything we have ever done.”

The Ellisons are thankful for those that helped them succeed in becoming Presidential Directors.” How could we ever forget the founders, Michael and Susan Ellison – for their commitment of life savings, time, hard work and their development of a like-minded wonderful staff to serve the Members and Affiliates in the front lines of action.”

They also are thankful for their two daughters, Judy Ellison and Glenda Hamilton, who pushed them hard to make it to the top. “It was a team effort of family and friends. It can't happen any other way. Now we are pulling, and others are pushing. It is a team effort, succeeding in a mission of helping people with health and wealth.”

“The 10 Essentials are on the inside cover of every VitaJournal and are inside of every true TriVita Member and Affiliate. The sixth essential is the heart of the company – give and receive love.”

“World, here we come! Because we love what we do.”
